Looking for efficiency, shared apt, or basement with bath in Madison, Wisconsin

I am seeking an efficiency, or shared apt with one single woman, must be sober. Or a basement with private bath. I attend Madison College, so am seeking an apt on the east or northeast side of Madison. Busline nearby. I am a 51 yr old woman. I may wish to adopt a single cat, and I am not adverse to a roommate with a cat. I am wishing to move in mid-August prior to the Fall semester. I am neat and very clean. I do, however, smoke.
